My client wanted custom chocolate poker chips for her husband’s James Bond Casino Royale themed birthday party (8/2/14) and I came across Foiled Again by doing a Google search and I’m so happy I did! What a great find! Foiled Again’s pricing is very competitive and reasonable, with no hidden fees or outrageous personalization and shipping rates like other companies. Scott went above and beyond with his customer service, always patiently answering my numerous questions promptly and thoroughly; he even created a few quick mockups with my various logo designs so my client could make a better decision on the final chip design. Foiled Again’s stock design combined with my custom designed logo was a perfect match! My order was processed and shipped very quickly to Florida. My order was carefully and extremely well-packaged and arrived super-fast–my Styrofoam cooler and the chips themselves were still very cold when I opened the box and the reusable ice packs were partially frozen even in Florida’s July heat! Excellent! Not only did my custom poker chips look fantastic (cleanly pressed on both sides with excellent legibility and no duds that I saw) they tasted great too! My client and her guests were very pleased with the quality and taste of the chips and my client received many compliments on them as well. We had an awesome experience with Foiled Again. They took our complicated logo and made it work. The design was tight and precise, and the chocolate was delicious. Plus, we had to have this within a week, and the Foiled Again team came through with flying colors. Last–and perhaps most importantly–they were delivered to us in Florida during July in a still chilly styrofoam cooler. Not a single coin melted! I would totally work with Foiled Again, and will, in fact, be looking for reasons to do so. They are the rare business who strives to overachieve in both their product and their service. I loved these chocolates! This was my first order and the pirate choices were perfect and the dark chocolate mint was great! I even got a hand signed thank you for my order! My order was shipped fSt and came with ice so no melting. Class act!

I found Foiled Again after a strenuous search to find some appropriately themed silver chocolate coins for my wedding. I was absolutely thrilled when I found this place, and not only were the customization options fun and widespread and really convenient, when we got the coin they were all beautifully pressed and absolutely delicious. The batch we got is for my upcoming Bridal Shower, but we will definitely be putting in another order for the actual wedding.

So glad I found your website. The design choices are much nicer than other companies, and personalization was reasonably priced. Service was fantastic! Shipping arrived as promised. Shipping to Canada there were additional Duty charges that caught me by surprise, but I am very excited about the product 🙂

So easy to order and such great product. The customer service was excellent. The rep on the phone was knowledgeable and helped make recommendations for what to put on each side. We submitted a custom logo for one side of the coin. It was easy to do. The coins were shipped with special handling so they arrived in excellent condition–and that didn’t cost anything beyond the standard shipping and handling fee. I want to have another event just so I have a reason to order more coins. Couldn’t be happier.

I always reserve caution when ordering chocolate – shipping to Florida this time of year. They arrived in good shape and were the hit out of all the 950 exhibits. The chocolate has a great flavor.
