I was very impressed with this product. It was delivered on time and in good condition (no small feat in August in Indiana). Scott was extemely responsive which made this wedding task very easy for which I am so thankful for since some of our other plans did not go so smoothly. Scott provided prompt and accurate customer service. I too was afraid the chocolate coins would melt during transit but they were protected by ice packs in the cooler they arrived in! I never thought I would be excited about gold chocolate coins, but I am. The special imprints on both sides are wonderful and the chocolate is superb…unlike most other coins I have had in the past. I was concerned about them melting in transit due to the warm weather, but they were expertly packed in a cooler with ice packs, so that was not an issue.
