Scott was extemely responsive which made this wedding task very easy for which I am so thankful for since some of our other plans did not go so smoothly. Scott provided prompt and accurate customer service. I too was afraid the chocolate coins would melt during transit but they were protected by ice packs in the cooler they arrived in! I also like the fact that Scott included an extra dozen with our order! Because as one might expect, a few got unwrapped and bent during shipping.
